Who you’re buying from

This shop is operated by BCA Shirts, which is the seller of record for every order and the name that appears on your card statement. We print and sell designs for Bethel Christian Academy.

No school or organization runs this shop or is our official store. We are not appointed by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them. We use their names and colors to describe who a design is for, the way any independent shop selling team merchandise does. None of them is the seller, none processes your payment, and none can help with your order — that is all us. Where we send a share of profits to a group, that is a decision we make, not an arrangement that makes them responsible for anything sold here.

Prices and currency

All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price shown on a product page is the price for that item with the options you’ve selected; some options — larger sizes, added personalization — change the price, and the page updates as you choose them.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. North Carolina taxes clothing at the full combined rate. Shipping is a flat $7.00 within the United States, free on orders over $75.00.

We do our best to keep prices accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price — a decimal in the wrong place — we’ll contact you and either honor it, correct it with your agreement, or cancel and refund the order in full. We won’t quietly charge you more than the price you agreed to.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. It’s accepted when we send the confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order — for example if a design has been withdrawn, an order window closed while you were checking out, or we can’t source the garment. If we decline after you’ve paid, you get a full refund.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. See the privacy policy for what we do hold.

Order windows

Some designs are only sold during a limited order window. Everything bought in that window is printed together once it closes, which is why those items take longer than everyday stock. Each product page shows the closing date and the expected delivery week.

Closing dates are firm. Once a window closes we can’t add to the print run, and we can’t reopen it for a late order. If a window is cancelled, everyone who ordered in it is refunded in full — see refunds & returns.

Personalized items

Custom text is printed exactly as you type it, including spelling, capitalization and spacing. We don’t proofread it, correct it, or contact you about it before printing. Check it before you pay: a personalized item printed to your submitted text can’t be returned, exchanged or refunded.

We won’t print text that is obscene, hateful, harassing, infringes someone else’s trademark or copyright, or that a school would reasonably object to. If we decline on those grounds we’ll refund you in full and tell you why.

Delivery

Every order is shipped to the address you give at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; we’ll tell you if something slips badly. Full detail is on the shipping page.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a shipment goes missing in transit, that’s ours to sort out, not yours.

Discount codes

Any discount code we issue is valid only for the items, order windows and dates stated when the code is given to you. Codes can’t be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, can’t be applied to an order already placed, and may be withdrawn at any time before you use one. A code used on an order that is later refunded is not automatically reissued.

Product descriptions and colors

We describe and photograph items as accurately as we can, but screens and photo lighting shift how a color reads, and blank garments vary slightly between production runs. A small difference between the photo and the item isn’t a defect. Genuine defects are covered by the refund policy.

Our designs

The artwork, logos and photography on this site belong to BCA Shirts or to the school whose name or mascot they carry. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt — not the right to reproduce the design, print your own, or resell it commercially.

What we’re responsible for

We stand behind what we print. If we get your order wrong we replace it or refund it, as set out in the refund policy. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We’re not liable for indirect losses — a shirt that misses a game day because a carrier ran late, for instance — though we’ll always try to make it right.

Nothing here limits any right you have under North Carolina consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
